WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Items bought to us is covered with warranty terms and conditions to apply-
The warranty can cover from three (3) to twenty (24) months depending on the item and category they belonged.
· Digital Camera’s, DV Cameras, MP3’s , MP4’s, Mobile phone devices and other portable media device are considered small electronic gadgets, our products belong to such latter categories has a satisfying three (3) months replacement warranty and lifetime technical support. If there should be a problem encountered with the products after the three month period, please contact us for product support.
· We have 3 days grace period for you that we can guarantee to replace the unit instantly if found defective. After three days we can assume that the item received is in good condition. We always ship good condition unit to our customers.
· VOID – warranty covering to this category is void if the item is improperly use or broken, misuse of software and application, incomplete original packing, submerging it to water or cause of short circuit or electrical problem for Improper charging.
· Anyhow our customers can always contact us for product support.
· RETURN – we have no return and no refund policy, but we can offer an upgrade option if a customer is not satisfied for his original ordered item in 5 days. In case of defective units the customer shall pay the shipping charge of the item in shipping it back to us, and we shall consider the shipping cost incurred credit to him for his next order if the occurrence is with in the 7 days period, after that the customer shall borne all the necessary shipping cost that may incure.
· The company reserves the right to decline any return or exchange when deemed necessary
Computers & Laptop
· For our high value products like of a Computer Desktop and Laptop we offer a 2 years replacement warranty. Replacement warranty if the item is not repairable but still under warranty and has pass the qualification of “valid defect” other than to make it void.
· The warranty is void when sealed on the parts of the unit is broken. This is for the protection of the company’s interest and reasonable conduct of our warranty services. If the customer is not sure of what went wrong to their units suddenly they should contact us immediately for product support.
· The company reserves the right to decline any return or exchange when deemed necessary
Optional Upgrade Warranty Period:
· Some items we sell online are imported items, this items has an optional Upgrade warranty periods like three months to twelve months. Any item you can order, we will submit a notification of “this item can be upgrade to one year warranty” only selected items has this optional upgrade warranty period.
